Before double clicking on the self-extracting archive named "Dabbler.SEA", please copy the file to your hard drive.  Double click on "Dabbler.SEA" and follow the directions in the dialog box to extract the file.  You will need at least 1.7MB of free space on your hard drive to run the application.
